How long does the rebate process take?
Because we are a participating Instant Discounts vendor, the “process” is instant for you. We verify your eligibility and deduct the saveONenergy Instant Discount Rebate directly from our hardware invoice. You only pay the net balance, plus HST, today—there is no waiting for a rebate cheque.
How fast is shipping?
Our Manufacturer Partners maintain deep inventories at their Canadian warehouses. Most standard orders ship within one to two business days of your order being received. We’ll provide tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
What is the warranty support?
We only specify fixtures with a minimum 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. Because our manufacturer partners are based in Canada, you have local technical support and rapid replacement cycles if an LED High Bay ever fails under normal operating conditions.
Instant Discount Rebate Eligibility
To qualify for Ontario’s saveONenergy Instant Discounts Rebate Program, your facility must meet the following criteria:

Location: Must be an existing commercial, industrial, institutional, or agricultural building in Ontario, excluding Cornwall and the surrounding area. - ▶
Installation: Program rules require that fixtures be installed within 90 days of purchase. - ▶
Compliance: All LED High Bays must be DLC Listed and pre-qualified for the Instant Discounts Rebate Program (which we verify for every order). - ▶
Disposal: Instant Discount Rebates can only be applied to the purchase of LED fixtures to replace existing lighting in existing buildings. They are not available for new construction projects.
