Introducing The saveONenergy Instant Discounts Rebate Program
The saveONenergy Instant Discounts Program has changed the way Ontario LED Lighting Government Incentives are delivered to Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Agricultural, and Multi-Unit Residential Hydro Customers.
Now, Ontario’s LED Lighting & Occupancy Sensor Rebates are delivered upfront directly through Participating Distributors, like Swantech Energy Solutions.
Gone are the days of applying for your rebate and waiting weeks for the approval before you start your lighting retrofit.
Now, the Instant Discount Program delivers immediate Lighting Retrofit Rebates directly on your invoice at the time of purchase.
To be eligible, LED Lighting Products must be listed by either Design Lights Consortium (DLC) or ENERGYSTAR® (ES), and the installation location must be in a qualified Ontario location.

How The Instant Discount Program Works
Instant Discounts Program Eligibility
The Save On Energy Instant Discounts program has been developed to deliver LED Lighting Rebates to a wide range of facilities. These include; Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Agricultural, & public areas of Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURBs).
To be eligible, the purchased fixtures or lamps must be installed in a facility which meets the above criteria, is in Ontario, and is not a new build project.
The Instant Discount Lighting Rebate is applied at the point of purchase.
Eligible LED Fixtures
Single fixture rebates range from $80 for an LED High Bay producing 34,700 Lumens, or greater, down to $3 for a 4″ LED Downlight. Additional incentives of up to $30 are available for occupancy sensors.
Other fixture types eligible for upfront discounts are: LED Panel Lights & Troffers, 4′ & 8′ LED Linear Fixtures (Strip Lights and Vapour Tight Lights), & Refrigerated Display Case LED Fixtures.

Eligible Occupancy Sensors
Occupancy Sensor rebates range between $30 for an LED High Bay Occupancy Sensor To $15 for a Wall Switch Occupancy Sensor.
